Only 4% of pilots in Spain are women. Why is that? With the aim of identifying the root causes and seeking solutions to increase the number of women in the collective, Aviadoras was born, which integrates men and women with a common goal: equality.

We give visibility to the female pilot of yesterday and today, with the aim of creating references among the youngest and thus promote their vocation for the profession. Because it is at the earliest ages where we can act to eliminate gender barriers.

We create community among women and men pilots, promoting the creation of networks that help to carry out all those collective initiatives that can contribute to promote equality and eliminate glass ceilings.

We improve the environment for women in aviation, in constant collaboration with the Company Councils, to identify the main labor and social problems faced by women in this profession with the aim of proposing solutions in collective bargaining.
