For this reason, in addition to union action, we focus our efforts on promoting an environment that is committed to equality, solidarity and social and emotional well-being as fundamental pillars for being a pilot.
FOR YOUR PROFESSIONAL WELL-BEING
Courses, webinars, conferences… We carry out campaigns to promote the knowledge and training of our pilots, thus helping to spread the safety culture and to ensure that the performance of the profession is done in the most rigorous way as possible.
FOR YOUR ECONOMIC WELL-BEING
We advise Sepla’s Company Councils and departments in order to obtain the best agreements. We also offer courses, events and economic-financial talks to improve the financial education of our members, helping them to make the best decisions for their economic stability.
FOR YOUR EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING
We promote solidarity among colleagues Peers through the PAPI Program, a psychological and emotional support program. The pilots who are part of this program have CISM training, and are responsible for accompanying a colleague in times of great stress.
EQUALITY AND SOLIDARITY
With initiatives such as Sepla Ayuda and Aviadoras, we participate in the development and improvement of our society. We create channels of solidarity so that pilots can help in the development of countries with fewer resources to which we fly. In addition, we promote equality between men and women in the pilot profession.
