The Spanish Airline Pilots Union is a professional association of airline pilots, registered in the Register of Associations of the Ministry of Domestic Affairs and with CIF: G-28199834. Its activity is regulated in accordance with the current regulations on the right of association and freedom of association.

2. Object

The purpose of Sepla is to help, protect and develop the professional and labour activity of airline pilots.

3. Acceptance of the conditions of use and provision of services by Sepla

The purpose of these Conditions is to regulate the use of this website, which its owner makes available to the public at this URL.

Access to the website www.sepla.es constitutes full and unreserved acceptance by the user of each and every one of the conditions reflected in this Legal Notice.

The website www.sepla.es provides the user with various information made available by SEPLA or third parties. The Portal service is provided free of charge. However, SEPLA reserves the right to condition access to some sections to the prior registration of the user, which in turn will have to have the status of member previously registered in SEPLA, by filling in the requested data, in order to verify the true identity of him/her self.

The owner of the Website may offer through the Website, services or products that may be subject to specific conditions that, depending on the case, replace, complete and/or modify the present conditions, and about which the User will be informed in each specific case.

4. Provision of services by SEPLA

Sepla rejects any liability that may exist for the bad or improper use of the contents and reserves the right to update, restrict or eliminate them temporarily or permanently when it deems appropriate. Likewise, Sepla will inform the user, whenever foreseeable, of any interruption of the service that may occur due to the updating or improvement of the services, maintenance of the same or for other causes.

5. Rights, obligations and responsibility

The user undertakes, being solely responsible, to use the services offered by Sepla in accordance with the law, these general conditions and their updates according to the rules of good faith, morality and public order generally accepted. Similarly, the user undertakes not to use the Website or the services provided through it for illicit purposes or effects or contrary to the content of this Legal Advise, or in any way that may damage, render useless or deteriorate the Website or its services, or prevent normal enjoyment of the Website by other Users.

Likewise, the user expressly undertakes not to destroy, alter, render useless or, in any other way, damage the data, programmes or electronic documents and others that may be found on this website.

The user undertakes not to introduce programmes, viruses, macros, applets, ActiveX controls or any other logical device or sequence of characters that cause or are likely to cause any type of alteration in the computer systems of the owner of the website or third parties.

The owner of the website excludes all liability that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, due to causes beyond the control of the owner of the website.

9. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

Sepla and the user, expressly waiving any other applicable jurisdiction or legislation that may correspond to them, submit to Spanish common law legislation and to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain), unless the applicable legislation imperatively determines another jurisdiction or different legislation.

The user declares to have read these general conditions, accepting and authorising, fully and expressly, all the provisions of each one of them every time he/she accesses www.sepla.es or uses its services.
