Independent
We are a politically and economically independent institution, which does not receive subsidies of any kind and which defends the labour and professional interests of all pilots thanks to the membership fees of all its members, which constitute Sepla’s main source of funding.
Democratic
Sepla’s main governing body is the Governing Board, which represents the interests of all pilots before the society. It is made up of the Board of Directors, the Sepla Company Councils in the different companies, and the directors of the Affiliate Services Department, the Technical Department, Communication and Institutional Relations. Its members are elected every four years.
