The LEVEL Union Section was established in July 2025 with the aim of representing the company’s pilots and defending their professional rights and interests.
Originally created as a commercial brand operated by Iberia, in December 2024 it became an independent airline belonging to the IAG group. LEVEL is based at Barcelona-El Prat Airport, and its fleet consists exclusively of A330-200 aircraft.
